DT Series Tension Meter: A popular electronic tension meter for many applications.
Two models available, the DTS is the basic unit for many applications, the DTX provides detailed process data and analysis with interface for PC connection. The DT Series Yarn Tension Meter has many features including thickness compensator to reach highest accuracy, the diameter of the material to be measured can be set with a wheel and be displayed in the screen. The filament guide and roller shifting mechanism ensures easy acquisition of the running material. The Yarn Tension Meter allows user to take high speed data samples, with a flexible menu set-up to meet operators demands.
Additional Features for DTX
The DTX series has a memory for 60,000 readings and a USB interface. Four different memory modes can be set, with nine material memory locations for custom calibrations. The meter also includes a WiFi module for wireless communication with a PC. Special purpose versions are available with rollers for tapes and ribbons, or large rollers for fragile filaments and technical fibres.

ET SERIES TENSION METER
Electronic Tension Meters for hard to reach and limited access space applic
Two models available, the ETB is the basic unit for many applications, the ETX provides detailed process data and analysis with interface for PC connection. The meter has storage of AVG, MIN, MAX and PEAK tension values which can be recalled in the display. Adjustable electronic damping can be used for better reading when tension is constantly changing. The meter has a display update time of 0.5 seconds and is CE approved (tested for electromagnetic compatability). Display can be reversed for right hand or left hand use.
Additional Features for ETX
The ETX series has USB interfaces for connection to a PC and a memory of max. 4000 tension values split up to 255 series of measurements and statistics (LAST, AVG, MIN, MAX, PEAK- MIN and PEAK-MAX). The meter can be set to four different memory modes.
Special purpose tension meters are also available with ceramic pins for line speeds up to vmax. 6000 m/min.

ZE Series Tension Meter
An economical low tension measuring instrument for checking fibres, yarns and fine wires.
This light weight device is available in two models, the ZED has bigger rollers for universal use and the ZEF has a slim filament guide with small guide rollers, ideal for limited access space. The filament guide and roller shifting mechanism ensures easy acquisition of the running material. The tension meter is CE proofed, with interference resistance from static charge. Adjustable electronic damping also provides steady tension readings.
The ZEF series has easy running plastic rollers to measure Spandex (Lycra) filaments.
The housing is made of high strength plastic. Inspection certificate with calibration report optionally available.
